BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 12th Floor.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Check In is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Beautiful Rental, though could use an update for appliances

I rented this suite for 10 days in Nov, the suite was exactly what I wanted. Lots of interior room, huge balcony (largest I have seen in this price range, fantastic), bright big windows with great airflow so the suite always have a pleasant breeze, great location with access to downtown Waikiki, and easy check-in/out procedures thanks to dedicated frontdesk available 24/7.

The parking is a bit predatory with the new electronic kiosks instead of the previous manned booth at the entrance (I have rented another suite in the same building before). I understand the cost due to downtown but the new parking kiosk is very ruthless. If you're late by even a second you're out of luck, much preferred the previous in-person purchase of set amount of days pass.

The furniture provided in the suite are great, I love the inclusion of a long couch where you can lie down on the balcony. ALot of lazy hours spent there when the weather is not promising outside. The inclusion of a computer workdesk is also amazing (even comes with a large monitor you can hook up), something I never see in other suites.

The appliances in the suite can use some work however. The microwave is very dated and does not work unless you "un-stuck" the plate everyday so it can spin. The oven door doesn't close all the way and it's always partially open (along with the lights inside), and the smaller appliances are very barebones (a kettle would have been a good addition, had to boil water the old fashioned way using a pot). Management if you're reading this, please update some of these appliances and this suite would be perfect. I cannot give full stars in this category since it was a constant annoyance.

Overall this is a fantastic suite and I would def rent again, hopefully with updated appliance next time.

Everything was great! Location is extremely convenient, walking distance to everything and the building felt very secure. Amenities were a huge bonus as well. Perfect in every way!

Location is great, property is clean and well-maintained and the owner is great. Surrounding area is full of bars and cafes (go to ALOH for breakfast).
Would definitely recommend this place to stay to any friends visiting Waikiki

This spot was great. It was in the perfect location and was walking distance from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Only minor issues with the maintenance. The door to the restroom would get stuck and you would not be able to open it at times. Besides that it was a nice place.
