mountain views and the beach nearby, our vacation home is your ultimate Hawaiian retreat!
This home boasts enormous eco-friendly landscaping including an outdoor seating and BBQ grill for entertaining friends and family. Owner tastefully decorated the house with custom top of the line furniture pieces, artwork, which really gives you the "welcome home" spirit one should feel when visiting West Oahu.

Boasting a generous 2429 sq ft living area with airy high ceilings and exquisite finishings throughout the
house, our newly constructed home is set within a tranquil, 24/7 secured community. It features:
-Four bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans: A master suite with a King bed+ Master Bathroom on the first floor and a master with King
bed, & a second Master bathroom upstairs. Other bedroom beds includes a Queen, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.
The living room also includes a full-size sleeper sofa.
-All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, high quality pillows, and extra blankets for
ultimate comfort.
-Hotel-grade towels and sheets.
-A spacious living area, also equipped with AC and ceiling fans, including Smart TVs
-High-speed fiber Internet
-A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and complete sets of cooking essentials.
-A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer.
-Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and boogie boards.
-A selection of family games stored in the closet for indoor fun.
-Availability of a highchair upon request.
-Parking for up to 4 vehicles: two in the garage and two on the driveway. Please note, street parking is
not allowed.
-Please respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.

-Self-check-in is via a smart lock, and we also provide a separate lockbox for emergency access. Guests
have access to the entire house and private backyard.
Other things to note:
*Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Fall 2024.
-Construction activities within the community are ongoing and may continue during
daytime work hours.
-For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target,
and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel.
-A golf course is just a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack. Also, the
world-famous Makaha beach is merely a three-minute drive away.
