-A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer. Second laundry in downstairs Master suite
-Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, cooler and boogie boards.
-Backyard equipped with BBQ grill, rolling cooler, outdoor shower, multiple games such as connect 4, Jumbo Jenga and CornHole. Its worth noting this is real grass, not gravel landscaping like many houses in the development

-Please respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community
- Parties, events, or large gatherings at not allowed
-Self-check-in is via a smart lock, and we also provide a separate lockbox for emergency access.
-Guests have access to the entire house and huge private backyard.

Other Things To Note:
-Access to the community clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym will be available in late Fall 2024
-For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target,
and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel.
-A golf course is just a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack.
-World-famous Makaha beach is merely a five-minute drive down the valley.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-
house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers available by
phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.
